Project Development Program

We are a low-cost capital partner that funds up to 85% of costs for fix and flip investment projects. There is a 7% preferred return on all capital and no acquisition fees. The net profit is split 50/50 between MDI West Properties and the Project Developer.

Our unique profit-sharing model allows our Project Managers to participate in high-yield property investment opportunities with minimal capital. We form strategic partnerships with real estate brokers, agents and investors, nationwide.
